Intex Applicant Considerations

  • Applications shall be logged in the order they are received through the HR Platform.
  • Applicants shall be tested and references contacted.
  • Applicants shall be sorted based upon the following criteria:
    1. Applications who are previously employees eligible for re-hire, with satisfactory, safety and attendance record.
    2. Applications who are referred to by existing employees based upon testing and references.
    3. Applicants who are referred by the IEC and based upon testing and references.
    4. Applicants who participate in the Intex FISD internship program.
    5. Applicants who are unknown and prioritized based upon testing and references.
Applications shall not be considered after 30 days from date of submission.
