The residential division at Intex was established in 2000. The residential division focuses on high-end custom homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, and also works on townhomes and high rise facilities.Oncor certification allows the residential division to install solar retrofits for all types of uses including windmill applications for commercial and residential use.
Intex is also certified through Lutron in lighting controls and dimming systems. Both of these systems increase output and cost efficiencies in lighting and therefore customer cost savings are provided.
All of the employees at Intex are drug screened, have ID badges, wear uniforms, pass a background check, and arrive in a company truck. The residential division is supervised by a master electrician.
