Vendor Affirmation
By signing the GSC QISV Catalogue Purchasing Program application and
submitting this catalogue through the program, the vendor has reviewed
TAC 113.19, and agrees to comply with the rules as stated for the QISV
program. The vendor will also:
· not give, offer to give, or intend to give at any time
hereafter any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan,
gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant
in connection with catalogue purchase transactions;
· not currently be delinquent in the payment of any franchise
tax owed the State of Texas
under Tax Code, Chapter 171(go to "Certification of
Franchise Tax Account Status " for verification) ;
· update
their catalogue as needed to reflect changes in price and the
availability of products or services offered.
Catalogue Products / Services
Maintenance/Warranty
Information
Intex will make replacement parts available within 96 hours of the
request. Replacement parts will be either shipped directly from
the manufacturer, distributor, or Intex warehouse.
Intex will service any customer in the Purchasing District 18 at no
extra traveling or trip charges. In Purchasing Districts 1, 2, 10 and
19, time for travel one-way will be added to the invoice at the
prevailing rate of $55.00 per hour to determine the trip charge.
In all other areas, the trip charge time will be calculated both ways
(to and from the location from our office) and overnight charges of
$55.00 per day will be included.
New cables and hardware installed by Intex Datacom, Inc. will be
warranted for a period of 20 years. Existing cables and hardware
certified by Intex Datacom, Inc. will be warranted for a period of 2
years.
Warranties include material and workmanship. Damages cause by
parties other than Intex Datacom employees are not covered.
Warranties also may include Manufacturer’s Warranty for may Manufacturer’s
lines, such as, but not limited to, Avaya, Leviton, Hubbell,
Pass&Seymour and Wiremold.
