Gregory K. Bell- President and CEO
Mr. Bell has been in the electrical field since 1976. He founded Intex Electrical Contractors, Inc. in November, 1983. Mr. Bell has served as President of Intex Electrical from 1983 through today. Mr. Bell holds a valid Master’s License in the State of Texas and is currently the chairman of the Texas Electrical Safety Licensing Advisory Board and has held this position since its inception in 2002. Mr. Bell is active in trade organizations including a two year term as President of the Dallas Chapter of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association (IEC) in 1997-1998. He served as the State of Texas IEC Chapter President from 2001 to 2002. Mr. Bell is also involved in the IEC’s political efforts regionally and nationally as the Governmental Affairs Chairman for the past decade. Mr. Bell remains active in his community serving as a past President of Forney Education Leadership Foundation, and past President and current Secretary of the Forney ISD School Board since 1998.
Jose Zamarron—Chief Electrical Estimator
Mr. Zamarron joined Intex in 1994 and has 15 years of experience in the electrical and mechanical industry. He is responsible for managing the day to day operations in the estimating department, as well as, procuring new jobs to estimate. Mr. Zamarron holds a State of Texas Electrical Master license, an Associates Degree in Electrical Technology from North Lake College, a Bachelors Degree in Construction Science, and a Master of Industrial Technology Degree from Texas A&M Commerce University. He also holds an HVAC contractor license from the State of Texas.
Greg Paschall—Residential Department Manager
Mr. Paschall has 32 years of experience in the electrical industry. He started with TXU-Oncor in 1976 and worked with them until he started with Intex in 2001. His department works within a wide range of residential including low to high-end residential, multi-family dwelling, service calls, solar energy and wind harvesting. Mr. Paschall is also responsible for the appropriate management of scheduling, manpower, materials, equipment, and tools.
Chris McFarland—Service Department Manager
Mr. McFarland was employed in the electrical trade for 13 years prior to joining the Intex team in 2007. He is responsible for all service calls and small construction projects up to $250,000 and has created a Special Projects Division which now offers Thermal Imaging Services. Mr. McFarland has expanded his work force and has consistently grown his department by exceeding sales goals.
Seth McKee—Plumbing Department Manager
Mr. McKee has 19 years of experience in the plumbing industry. He worked with R and R Plumbing and United Mechanical before joining with Intex in 2007. Mr. McKee has been a licensed Master Plumber since 2000. He is responsible for job procurement in the residential and commercial markets, service calls, and management of his crew, projects, and material.
Larry Giles—Estimator/Design Build
Mr. Giles has been in the electrical field since 1967. He served as a Journeyman electrician for Intex from 1985 to 1987 and has served as an Estimator from 1987 through today. Mr. Giles specializes in design-build projects and has considerable experience in office-warehouse and manufacturing facilities.
